I started looking for a new host after some service changes my previous host (of many years) made that didn't make much sense. What I was looking for was a Canadian company, because USD billing with constantly changing exchange rates is a pain, and a reasonable price. A fast response to my pre-sale questions would add bonus points.
I have been nothing but impressed with LCWSoft from the first pre-sale email. Responses were always quick, answers were always given as though someone actually read and UNDERSTOOD what my question was, and the setup process fast fast and painless.

After experiencing over a week of downtime with a site with another host, we decided to switch it over to LCWSoft. Not only did they get our new account up and running quickly, they were also able to retrieve our site from the now-former company as well (after we didn't get a response for several days).
