If you try to change the gateway module settings in WHMCS and get one of the following errors:
"The CAD Account ID, User ID, and PIN details provided are for a terminal that doesn't have MCC enabled and your WHMCS currency configuration could impact payment processing without it. Please contact Elavon to get MCC enabled for your terminal."
or
"The USD Account ID, User ID, and PIN details provided are for a terminal that doesn't have MCC enabled and your WHMCS currency configuration could impact payment processing without it. Please contact Elavon to get MCC enabled for your terminal."
This is because our module detects when WHMCS has multiple currencies enabled or a configuration that will differ from your Converge terminal's configured currency that could cause payment issues. To get around that, our module requires Multi Currency Conversion (MCC) to be enabled on the Converge terminal. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact Elavon support and they can enable it for you.
