If you are having issues connecting to your web site and are using Mac OS X, you can use the "Network Utility" to run a ping and traceroute command and provide the results to our support team.
To access "Network Utility", do the following:
- On the "Toolbar", click "Go" and select the "Utilities" folder from the menu.
- Double click the "Network Utility" icon.
From here, you can do a ping using the "Ping" tab or a traceroute using the "Traceroute" tab. For these commands, it is best to use your domain name so that other issues may be ruled out as well.
